Delicious pickled vegetables produced in Borgotaro, home of the PGI Porcino mushroom and an area famous for its excellent productions, made up of selected, fresh and high quality vegetables, rigorously harvested and processed by hand; after a short cooking, in order to keep the vegetables crunchy and the nutritional values intact, they are placed in the jars together with selected olive oil. The result is a product with an intense and persistent aroma, slightly acidic, with a sweet, delicate taste in which the flavors of the various vegetables used are easily distinguished, including white cauliflower, red and yellow pepper, carrots and cucumber.
It will be delivered in a practical glass jar with airtight closure and label.
Tips & Pairings:
It is perfect for appetizers and aperitifs, as an accompaniment to quality cold cuts and cheeses, as a condiment for first courses, salads or as a side dish for meat and fish main courses.
