Sapori del Borgo Antico is a small business located in Montebonello, in the Modenese Apennines, specializing in the creation of excellences based on hand-made and artisanal chocolate. Tiziana, one of the most famous chocolate masters in the area, gives life to truly unmissable works of art, bringing together her experience with high quality raw materials and at Km 0: just think that the hazelnuts used for these products come from a hazelnut grove owned by them located in Pavullo nel Frignano, a few kilometers from the laboratory! The family management of this reality allows direct control over raw materials and the authenticity of the finished product: perfectly in line with the philosophy of our project!

So called because they are made up of two pastry caps joined by chocolate, which recall two lips intent on kissing; they are definitely the flagship among our proposals for artisanal biscuits. The combination of ancient Gentil Rosso stone-ground wheat flour and Hazelnut flour creates a tender and delicate dough, tied with a spread of hazelnuts and dark chocolate that is never banal.

Perfect to accompany mid-morning coffee, for an energetic breakfast or as a tasty afternoon snack, but it is also inevitable as a dessert at the end of a meal; moreover, they are often chosen as a small and original gift idea.
